Emotional Problems after watching an anime?

Ok so I randomly watched the entire Elfen Lied series after my cousins dared me to. After finishing it I found it slightly disturbing yet majestic and put only its music and themes on my PSP. Now when ever I listen to the the "Lilium music box" song from it I start to feal extremely sad. Not to mention my chest starts to tighten up during this too. Please someone help me! I don't know if there is something wrong or if im just overreacting. Thank you for any help, and your time reading my endeavor.
