How could I improve this Yugioh Deck?

piercing decks i don't see often, so it's probably not that good at all. to anyone participating in tournaments built a deck following whatever guidelines you follow for deck building, you'd lose against it....not to sound like a jerk or anything. at least follow the traditional format (where banned cards are limited and not semi/unlimited)
